Democratic congressional candidate Kim Schrier is taking the issue of rising prices head on, targeting her Republican opponent Matt Larkin.

Democrats have also accused Larkin of questioning the results of the 2020 election and refusing to acknowledge a legitimately elected President Biden.

Despite the recent presidential election, inflation remains the most pressing issue for voters in both Iowa and Wisconsin.

According to a recent poll by CBS/YouGov, 65% of respondents said that Biden was not doing enough to deal with the problem of rising prices.

Another CNN poll found that seven in ten people don't think the government is doing enough to reduce inflation and ease disruptions in supply chains.

In addition, only 38% of voters said that they approve of the way the president is handling the economy and inflation.

Democrats will continue to debate inflation for years to come. And while the Biden administration has repeatedly argued that it is the problem,

As a matter of fact, Yellen sided with former Treasury Secretary Lawrence Summers, who criticized the size of the proposed stimulus plan.
